Divine Detox Quarterly Cleanse is a 7-day cleansing process to prepare the body for weight loss and rid it of toxins and food waste. We instruct people to mix with water primarily, and not to use orange juice as it is too acidic. We also warn that if there is any stomach discomfort, people are to reduce the packets to half in the morning and half mid-afternoon. The more toxic you are, the more likely that you could have some initial discomfort. However, this product is very mild and will not send you into the bathroom. It is a gentle cleanser. You can take other supplements with the cleanser too - the cleanser removes toxins not nutrients. How do I take the Divien Detox Quarterly Cleanse?

Divine Detox Quarterly Cleanse is to be used for the first 7 days of the program only. If clients have a sensitive stomach, be sure they only use ½ packet initially. They should mix the powder with water or they can use apple or cranberry juice. Do not mix with orange juice, it contains too much acid and may cause stomach cramping. It is recommended that the powder sit in water for 10-15 minutes before drinking so the fibrous power can be fully absorbed. Client should stir or shake between drinking.

Additionally, we are trying to stabilize sugar levels and drinking soda will elevate them. People are instructed to drink 64 ounces of water daily to assist the cleansing process also.
